Does ShipGenius charge a monthly fee?

No. ShipGenius is completely free to use—you only pay for the postage you purchase.

How do I pay for labels?

You can purchase labels directly through our platform using a credit or debit card. All charges are completely transparent.

Do you charge extra for heavy packages?

No! In fact, we save you money on heavy or oversize shipments thanks to our negotiated carrier rates.

Which carriers do you support?

Currently, ShipGenius supports USPS, UPS for individuals and USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, Passport for business with more to come.

Can I create bulk shipping labels?

Yes. Both single-label and batch/bulk label creation are supported, just like larger enterprise platforms.

Do you offer address validation?

Yes. ShipGenius includes real-time address validation, which helps prevent costly return-to-sender (RTS) shipments.

Do you integrate with Etsy or eBay?

We currently do not support an Etsy integration due to platform restrictions with ShipStation and Shippo. eBay will be available soon!

What is the ShipGenius OMS?

Coming in Fall 2025, the ShipGenius OMS (Order Management System) will allow you to:

  • Manage orders from multiple sales channels.

  • Automate label creation and carrier selection.

  • Integrate with our WMS bidding network, connecting you with 3PL warehouses to handle fulfillment.


Do I need to migrate data for OMS?

No. Your data stays in one place—you’ll be able to seamlessly upgrade to the OMS when it’s live. If you ever decide to do your own warehousing or offload your fulfillment to a company using ShipGenius WMS, you'll never have to worry about migrating data.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There’s no contract or subscription—you can stop using ShipGenius at any time.
